Week 1: Baseline & Stabilization

We map where your capacity is draining, identify your decision-making friction points, and install your first regulation practices. You leave with your Morning Anchor and Evening Download the two non-negotiables that start restoring your system immediately.

Week 2: Infrastructure Installation

We build your Decision Hierarchy Framework (so you stop spending executive function on things that don't deserve it) and install capacity protection boundaries. You learn how to budget your energy like money because you only have so much.

Week 3: Recalibration & Reinforcement

We measure your progress against Week 1 baseline, refine what's working, and install your maintenance reset. You get your Early Warning System how to catch dysregulation before it becomes a crisis.

Week 4: Integration & Next Steps

We certify your new baseline and finalize your self-calibration system. You leave with everything you need to maintain what we've built.
